John and I want to express our thanks to your office for a very pleasant real esate transaction. We are business owners in Lake City and certainly appreciate good employees and sales representatives. Jo Lytte represented your office in a most professional manner. She was very prompt and attentive to our needs. We placed several calls to various agents to view homes we saw while driving the area and she responded with a smile and additional information. She is an excellent listener and picked up on many of our interests. We have bought and sold homes and properties in many markets over the past 50 years and she leads the list for professionalim and customer satisfastion. We also were out of town during the transaction process and she made arrangemetns with painters, inspectors, movers so that we could move into a lovely home with all the messy stuff out of the way. She also accomodated ours needs by doing the closing transactions throught the mail while we were attending to our out of town business.
On top of all this, she helped us fnd a home which we just love and advore. We never would have looked at this home if she had not listened to us and leared a great deal about our personalities, likes and desire for privacy and nature. I find it necessary to write this note to say thank you. You have handled the sale of my home in a very considerate and timely fashion. Since you have some history around the concerns I had turning my lovely homeover to a Realtor, I hope you realize how much confidence I placed in you and your abilities to guide me safely through the maze of selling my property.
